Q: How do you know when a vegan is coming to dinner?

A: They tell you.

Ho ho.

Seems like one in five people these days has a food intolerance condition. Or is on a diet. That includes, often, me. (That one in five is not a real stat, by the way – I just made it up.)

So, here is a list of useful recipes for excluding, variously, meat, dairy, gluten or carbs.
